2 cups flour
8 tablespoons of olive oil
150 grams of margarine
1 tea glass of yoghurt
1 teaspoon of salt
1 packet of baking powder
poppy seeds to sprinkle on top
FOR INTERNAL MORTAR:
2 large onions
2 tablespoons of olive oil
500 grams of chopped spinach
3 cloves of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
2 spoons of cream
1 cup pitted black olives
Let's knead our dough ingredients thoroughly and let it rest. Let's divide it into 2 equal parts and roll out one bottom and one top dough. Let's chop our onions and fry them in 2 spoons of olive oil. Let's add our finely chopped spinach, thyme, garlic, peanuts and spices, fry and cook until the water is absorbed. Let's beat our eggs with our cream and add them to our spinach.
Let's spread one layer of our dough onto our pie mold and pour our mixture on it.
Let's sprinkle our olives on it. Let's cover our mixture with our other dough. Let's connect the edges with the help of a fork. Let's sprinkle our poppy seeds on it and bake it at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Note: If you want it to look brighter, you can brush it with an egg yolk before cooking.
